Avocado & Green Chili Dip

Ingredients

1PackageClark’s Gringo Salsa Mix, hot or mild
128 oz CanTomatillos
2LargeAvocados, peeled & seeded
1HandfullCelantro

Preparation

In a blender, add all ingredients, including the juice from the tomatillos.  Blend until smooth.  Place in a bowl and refrigerate for 30 minutes.  Serve!
